Ditch the diets and finally feel confident in your body! 1:1 Coaching allows us to dive deep into your goals and provide a safe space to understand what is serving you (and what you mat want to let go). as you take small steps towards your healthiest and happiest you. I will guide you and hold you accountable as you set attainable goals for yourself that will add up over time to create transformational results you can see and feel.

 

This is not a quick fix. 1:1 Coaching programs are 100% client led, so YOU are in the drivers seat making changes that feel right for you. This approach enables you to trust yourself and sustain healthier habits long after our time working together.​

Programs Include:
  1. 3 or 6 month program

  2. Bi-weekly 50 minute sessions in person or via Zoom

  3. Actionable tips for you to implement between sessions

  4. Unlimited access to me via email/text

  5. Healthy Kitchen Makeover

  6. Easy to make recipes

  7. Customized meal plans

  8. Personalized shopping lists

  9. Collaboration with your healthcare team to ensure everyone is working towards YOUR goals
