Strawberry Overnight Oats

Updated: Oct 24, 2023

Healthy, bright breakfast or snack perfect for meal prep!

Overnight oats are so easy to make and so versatile. With the basic recipe and ratios, you can add so many different flavor combinations to change it up week to week. Here you can blend in any fruit to change the flavor and color, or leave the fruit out and add peanut butter, or do both for a PB&J version. The options are endless!

Including yogurt in this version of the recipe ensures you are starting your day with enough protein to keep energy levels up throughout the morning. Dump everything into a jar the night before, shake it up and you are good to go!

Makes 4+ servings (depending if feeding kids or adults or both).

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup rolled oats

  • 1 Cup strawberries, washed & greens cut off

  • 1 Cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)

  • 1/4 Cup Whole milk greek yogurt

  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Blend until the strawberries are smooth

  2. Transfer to a mason jar, add oats and chia seeds

  3. Shake well and refrigerate overnight
